The technology whirlpool is growing larger in today's world, the owners of BG's Karaoke Saloon in Bartonville, IL knew it wouldn't be long until they, too, got sucked in.

Around the beginning of May, 2007, owners Charlie Schneider and Bill Myers decided that it was time for a change.  Charlie came to us with a problem.  He needed to know what was happening at BG's when he wasn't there, and he needed to be able to keep a record of these events.  After introducing him to our line of remote management systems, together we created a solution that fit his business, his needs, his customers and most importantly his budget.

Shortly after this project was completed, KetchTech Intelligence was charged with the maintenance and upkeep of their entire IT department, including the extensive Karaoke presentation system.  We soon found out that there was more to it than met even their eyes.

During the routine initial assessment of their current network, KetchTech technicians discovered that BG's had several major issues with their existing audio/visual network.  BG's was having problems with video clarity, data security, power supply and software issues.  We ironed out the details of installing a completely new network handling data, audio and video, and have completed Phase 1 of the two phases involved in the install.  Once the network is complete, their data will be safer, their customers happier, and their karaoke wilder.  During the second phase, all computer systems will be moved to a centralized, climate-controlled, secure location and all workstations will have only a keyboard, mouse and monitor (with optional access-controlled remote USB port).
